We require all the information as on the Application form.
Preferably directly submit the application electronically. A fax or e-mail with all the information on the form is also acceptable.

Bookings can only be confirmed after receipt of the required deposit.
Only payments by bank deposit, bank guaranteed cheque or cash are accepted (sorry, no credit cards).
Proof of payment by bank deposit must be sent to us by fax or e-mail please.

Unfortunately we can only consider refund of deposits payed if cancellation is received in writing (by fax or e-mail) at least 14 days before booked date of arrival.
Bank and administration costs as published on the Rates page are non-refundable.

Arrival Please call before 10:00 on the date of arrival to confirm time of arrival so that entrance at the game park gate and availability of keys can be finalised. Have your ID document or passport available for presentation at entry. Game park rules apply. NO pets are allowed. Right of admission reserved.
