CONDITIONS OF STAY

  1. The contract for stay signed by or on behalf of the tenant will remain in force and is deemed to be executed in the magisterial district of Pretoria.
  2. Tarifs of stay as indicated on the reservation form are payable strictly in advance. Only cash, bank guaranteed cheques and proven payments into a bank account will be accepted.
  3. The full amount of the agreement will be payable unless written notification of cancellation is recieved at least 14 (fourteen) days before the initial date of occupation as reserved.
  4. Refunds of deposits on cancellation will only take place after an alternate tenant has rented the respective unit(s) for at least the same amount of time and the same number of persons and has paid for such accomodation in full.
    •   Administration costs are not refundable.
  5. The accomodation as reserved must be fully paid for. No credit will be granted for early departures.
  6. If keys are lost, the amount stipulated for the replacement of locks and keys becomes due.
  7. Rental of living units are strictly in accordance with the number of persons for which accomodation was reserved. No extra persons or overnight guests are allowed.
  8. The tenant will be responsible for loss or damages to property and equipment.
    • The tenant needs to check the inventory on arrival
    • The inventory will be considered complete unless a written report to the contrary is received within two hours of arrival
  9. Damages and losses during occupation must be reported on departure and be paid for in full.
  10. Tenants will be held responsible for damages to mattresses and must take the necessary steps to prevent soiling. Mattress protectors are available for rental
  11. Living units must be left in the same condition they were in when occupied.
  12. On departure all windows must be closed and doors locked and the alarm system activated.
  13. Unless indicated otherwise in tariff tables, linen, towels and internet use are not included in the rates.
  14. Catering is not included in the rates.
  15. Unless agreed in advance in writing, units will only be available for occupation after 13:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of departure.
  16. Entry to and use of all game park facilities are in accordance with the regulations of Kleinfontein Wildpark / KBK Bpk. Rules must be respected and abided by.
    1. Reasonable requests of security personnel and staff of KBK Ltd must be obeyed at all times.
    2. The natural environment of Kleinfontein may not be damaged or disturbed in any way.
    3. Excessive noise created by and bad behaviour of tenants are unacceptable.
  17. Tenants accept responsibilty for the behaviour of their guests and the consequences thereof.
  18. Tenants that behave in an unacceptable way will not be allowed to stay on. They will have to leave immediately and will have no claim against Waterbok Guest Homes (Pty) Ltd for the remainder of the previously agreed period of stay.
  19. No pets are allowed.
  20. Right of entry is reserved.
