Completing and Submitting Forms

Note for users of Internet Explorer 6 (1999 !):
The windows containing warnings and error messages will not stay on the visible part of the page containing the form.. Go to the top of the page to see the messages. Font sizes are also not properly adjusted. (Extremely inconvenient. Use Firefox for a better experience.)

Completing forms

Firefox can be set to remember previously entered information if you have to return to the form to make corrections.

• At least one field out of sets of fields marked º should be completed.

• Fields marked with an * (asterisk) are compulsory and should be completed.

• Fields with a yellow background are for information only. Such fields are computed or adjusted when necessary and cannot be changed electronically. If the form is first printed and then completed by hand, these fields may be calculated according to the information on the Rates page.

• • On forms completed by hand, block letters should be used throughout.

Printing forms

Print forms to be completed by hand in Landscape Orientation for sufficient writing space.

Go to "Print preview" and set the size to fit the form as big as possible onto the print page. (Depends on the browser, available fonts and the printer driver in use).

• • It should normally not be necessary to print the last page. The last page should not contain part of the form to be submitted.

Submitting Applications for Accomodation

Please remember to also submit the proof of payment document.

Please submit a copy of the ID- or passport page containing the photograph and numbers of the responsible person.
• In case of a family group, the information regarding the responsible person will be sufficient.
• For all other groups like friends, club members or sporting teams, thwe relevant copies of passport or ID document pages of all group members are required..

Forms completed in the browser:

• Please see the Form Summary page (generated when the Submit-button is used) for instructions of how to further handle the summarised information.

Forms completed by hand may be

• scanned and sent as an attachment to an e-mail message
• faxed in the normal fashion
• sent by snail mail
